Don't Plan To Fail

mindset tips Nov 03, 2021

Not everyone takes time to set detailed plans for themselves, their careers, or their life.

As the old saying goes if you’re failing to plan, you are planning to fail!

Kinda harsh you might think, but that might just be the undesirable truth you are facing.

💬 “I don’t have the time”❗️

💬 “ I can’t afford to invest the time”❗️

💬 “ I’m too busy making money to make plans” ❗️

… Are all delightful excuses and alibis for a lack of future planning❗️

🤔 We can so easily talk ourselves out of uncomfortable commitments or convince ourselves that we don’t need any more responsibility.

But no one is going to take control of your career, your life (or you) for you.

💎 Deep down you probably know you deserve to give yourself a highly desirable goal to work towards.

Without one you might just make do with whatever falls into your lap or lands on your head 🤕.

But when you set your mind on achieving a meaningful goal that would please you greatly to succeed at, you’ll have something wonderful to look forward to achieving every day.

If you aren’t asking yourself the question “what do I really want to achieve in my career or the one life I get to live” you aren’t very likely to come up with an answer out of the blue❗️

➡️ Set some time aside this week to ponder the area of your existence you’d like to improve.

➡️ Invest a little time wondering what your next mile stone accomplishment should be.

  •  ➡️ Imagine how much better you’d feel at the end of every day or week, if you could see signs of progress towards the outcome.

🎯 And then set yourself a plan of action that would lead you to accomplish your objective.
