Ready to improve?

Are you ready to improve in your profession?

December will be upon us before we know it, and the new year will be racing fast to follow it.

So it really is that time of year to start taking stock of how well you’ve been doing.

As a regulated professional, I am tasked by my regulatory college, to design and implement a plan for self development every couple of years.

I typically engage in about 500% more continuing education then I am required to participate in.

But thanks to all the interruptions the Covid pandemic brought with it, I wasn’t able to take part in all of the overseas training courses I would normally invest in over the last two years.

Regardless of the various new challenges that the coronavirus caused, I didn’t have the option of letting my skill set get rusty and burying my head in the sand until all of this was over.

Even if you aren’t forced to evaluate yourself annually, or make plans to improve yourself every year, it’s still a really good idea to keep developing your professional self.

To make it easy for you to take assessing yourself seriously, I’m currently working on a series of videos that I’ll be making available throughout the month of December if you are up for the challenge?

The questions I’ll be challenging you to answer, are taken from one of the best selling books of all time : Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich.

Rather than simply repeat his questions, I’m going to deep dive into each and everyone of them, and help you rate yourself accurately and honestly, so you’ll be prepared to set the best possible plan for self improvement that you are able to make.

Sound like a fun challenge?

If this sounds like something you’d like to take part in, I’ll be let you know more about it in my next update.
